Ke$ha speaks from rehab: ‘I’ll be back soon’

Ke$ha has broken her silence regarding her rehab stint, telling fans she’s doing well and wants to leave as soon as possible.

The Tik Tok singer asked a friend to tweet on her behalf and a succession of messages followed on her official Twitter feed. “This is Kesha’s friend,” the messages began. “She asked me to tweet an update for her because she doesn’t have access to Twitter right now.”

The messages went on to say: “THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I’m overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I’ll be back soon and better than ever. Ohhh and she can’t believe Timber is still number one! “F*k YEAH animals! PARTY ON!!!!”

The singer entered rehab on January 3 seeking treatment for an eating disorder. Her current track Timber, a collaboration with Pitbull, hit number one on both sides of the Atlantic earlier this month. Listen to Timber below:
