Britney Spears says ‘Britney and Justin forever’ in denim ensemble throwback for Halloween

Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake were the definitive celebrity couple of the early 00s, with their eye-catching (and, let’s be honest, fairly hideous) super-denim ensemble becoming somewhat iconic.

Now, the lady herself has remembered the classic look and used the fan-pleasing hashtag #BritneyAndJustinForever while sharing a photo of two kids using the outfits as a Halloween costume.

The superstar ran with the “Britneyween” theme, sharing pics of herself with people dressed in some of her more memorable looks.

Brit also drove her fans crazy last week by reminding them she’s still hard at work on her upcoming album, the follow-up to 2013’s Britney Jean.

After the lacklustre success of single Pretty Girls earlier this year, it seems to be all hands on deck.

“JUST finished recording some vox. LOVE this song. It makes ME smile, and I hope it will make you smile too..,” she said.

She’s believed to have worked with the likes of Matthew Koma (Carly Rae Jepsen, Hilary Duff), Danja (Brit’s Blackout), Diplo and DJ Mustard as well.

will.i.am, meanwhile – who executive produced Britney Jean – was compeltely oblivious to the fact that she was working on new music.
