National Fitness Games announce first individual competition at London’s Olympia in March

National Fitness Games (NFG) are delighted to announce their first individual competition will be held at Olympia London on Saturday March 21.
Competitors will be challenged on the key pillars of fitness, ENDURANCE, SPEED, POWER & STRENGTH, across four innovative workouts.
The competition will crown the UK’s fittest male & female, who will each walk away with £2,000, but will also offer open & age-group categories, giving competitors the opportunity to see how they stack up against their peers or simply push their personal best.
NFG open workouts don’t feature any technical lifts or movements so irrespective of ability or experience the UK’s Fittest is an event for you! NFG Head Programmer, Ollie Marchon, has created four workouts that will test your overall fitness on industry leading equipment.
With 600 athletes competing across two floors of Olympia’s iconic National Hall and a DJ pumping out the best workout tunes! This is a fitness competition you do not want to miss!
