Zac Efron is Men’s Fitness’ new cover guy and we couldn’t be more excited.
In Men’s Fitness’ new issue Efron reveals that he thinks he’s at his physical peak.
“Right now, I’m probably the physically strongest I’ve ever felt.”
But he doesn’t mean in strength, no, he means something… different.
“If the zombie apocalypse happened right now, I’d definitely be able to defend myself.”
And speaking about his former self, Efron told us to “f*ck that guy. He’s done some kind of cool things with some cool people – he did that one thing [Bad Neighbours] that was funny – but, I mean, he’s still just that f*cking kid from [High School Musical].”

In a behind the scenes video Efron’s shoot for Men’s Fitness, Efron opens up about his exercise regime, his latest movie projects and gifts us with some very good .gifs.
Efron states it’s a “huge honor” to be on the cover of Men’s Fitness and claims the magazine is his go-to guide for staying in shape.
He says when he’s not working he likes to fill his time with “adventurous stuff, trying new things and a lot of outdoor type stuff.”
Efron also showed off his passion for surfing, wearing a very tight surfing wetsuit.
