a1’s Ben Adams has been proving why he’s one of our favourite boyband members ever, with this new shirtless selfie.

Not only is the new photo nice on the eye, it’s also for a great cause. Ben has joined The Sun‘s campaign with breast cancer charity CoppaFeel to promote awareness of the disease in both men and women.
