Trixie Mattel says she will ‘never’ compete on RuPaul’s Drag Race again
The skinny legend also says she'd love to judge on Drag Race and combine it with her show, Trixie Motel.

Drag Race royalty and UNHhhh presenter, Trixie Mattel, has said she will “never” return to compete on RuPaul’s Drag Race again.
But, the skinny legend is open to returning to judge on the show and, if possible, combine it with her latest venture, Trixie Motel.
Trixie competed on the seventh season of Drag Race and later returned for All Stars 3 which she won.
Speaking to Insider recently, Trixie says she wouldn’t return to Drag Race as a contestant.
“They [the producers] did ask me to come back for All Stars. They said, ‘Hey, we’re doing All Winners. We know you don’t want to do it, but we wanted you to know that we always think [of you] if you wanted to do the opportunity,’ and I said, ‘No, thank you.'”
As a judge on the international drag singing competition, Queen of the Universe, Trixie has found a new passion in judging.
“Making fun of Leona Lewis, Vanessa Williams, Michelle [Visage], and Graham [Norton] to their faces all day? They’re fun people to mess around with and then the talent is so ridiculous. If those were the season 1 singers, imagine the season 2 singers!” she says.
Trixie does wonder if she could return as a judge on Drag Race though in a challenge where queens are asked to design hotel rooms. Such a challenge has been done before on the show so it’s not impossible!

The UNHhhh host also reveals that she’d like to expand her empire beyond the first Trixie Motel.
“We do want to do more. We want each of them to have a really different experience. We would love to do an RV park with a bunch of themed Airstream trailers or a campground with themed cabins.
“We could make it really high concept where there’s camp counselors and you as an adult are forced to wear a uniform like you’re at summer camp and you get to call your family once a week.”
